The Premium Exhibits are truly the backbone of the Sumter American Legion Fair. Long before the lights come on and the rides start spinning, local families, farmers, gardeners, bakers, artists, crafters, and talented people of all ages are preparing the things that make our fair feel like our fair.

From homegrown vegetables and beautiful flowers to baked goods, crafts, artwork, photography and more, there’s a place for just about everyone to enter — and there are prizes to win! 🏅

But it’s about more than ribbons and prizes. Every entry helps preserve the traditions that county fairs were built on: community, agriculture, creativity, friendly competition and pride in what we can grow, make and create right here at home.
